Clinic Policies

Can I walk in or do I need an appointment?

Please note that our clinic operates on an appointment-only basis. Unfortunately, we are unable to serve walk-ins at the moment. We kindly request that you call to schedule an appointment in advance to ensure that we can provide you with the highest quality of service.

Does my dog need to be muzzled?

For the safety of our staff and other patients, if your pet is prone to anxiety, biting, or aggression, we require the pet to wear a muzzle upon arrival at our clinic. This precautionary measure helps ensure a safe and peaceful environment for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation.

Do I have to use a leash or carrier?

For the safety and comfort of all pets and visitors, we require that all pets be on a leash or in a carrier while on our premises. This policy helps to ensure a safe and controlled environment for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

To ensure the efficient management of our schedule, we kindly request that appointments be canceled no later than 6 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Any cancellation made with less than 6 hours of notice, will incur a $79 charge. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage you to contact one of our client care service representatives for further guidance in such instances.

What happens if I don't show up for my appointment?

As a clinic, we strive to maintain a high standard of care for all our patients. However, due to the high volume of appointment requests and limited availability, when a client cancels or fails to attend their scheduled appointment, it may impede our ability to provide care to other patients in need. To mitigate this issue, we have implemented a non-refundable $79 charge for missed appointments, which will be automatically applied to the account of the primary client on file. This fee must be paid prior to rescheduling or booking another appointment. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and encourage you to make every effort to keep your scheduled appointments.

What if I'm late for my appointment?

In the event that a pet parent arrives more than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment and cannot be accommodated by one of our veterinarians on the same day, the pet will be rescheduled for a future appointment.

What forms of payments do you accept?

As a standard practice at our clinic, we kindly request full payment for your pet's visit prior to discharge, including any hospitalization fees. We accept payment in the form of cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Interact (debit). Please note that we do not extend credit. We recommend obtaining pet insurance to offset any potential costs associated with additional medical attention that your pet may require. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
